The Casio CTK-4200 is quite a few years older than the PSR-E463 but its capabilities cover a similar spectrum. They both have over 500 sounds, similar keybeds, the ability to do sampling and they both have arpeggiators. This video compares the performance of each of these keyboards in those areas and although inferior, for less than a quarter of the price the Casio performs admirably, making it a great alternative for those on a tight budget.
