Coffee Bun- Pappa roti, roti boy, roti mama are the various names of this addictive coffee Bun

This recipe has been adapted by me to create 6 wonderfully soft and fluffy coffee flavoured buns or roti.
These are available under various names.
The crusty coffee topping is the attraction.
I have done a mexican bun before in the blog.
Coffee buns are made especially upon my son's request since he is a coffee fan.

The coffee topping I have had piped two layers on top of the bun or else it will be extra.
Extra u may freeze for later use too..but I have to have a thick layer of coffee crust on my roti.
