Diet, Nutrition & Breastfeeding

Diet, Nutrition & Breastfeeding Dialogue with Zenisha is all about conversation and experiences sharing between the host and the guest regarding issues related to pregnancy, motherhood and women-centric issues in general.

Imagine you had a machine that took your hunger cues and served you a customize meals.

When you are sick, it gave you a warm meal filled with anti-bodies, a light breakfast to start your day and a filling dinner to sleep at night.

It served heavy when you are hungry and light snack, when you needed a munch.

Wouldn’t it be awesome?

Well, most of you had already had this machine much before you could appreciate it.

When a baby is born the mother's 1st breast milk called colostrum is low in fat and high in carbs and protein. It is easy for the baby to digest and also helps destroy disease causing bacteria and virus.

As the baby grows, the milk changes its form and texture to soothe the baby's growing needs and nutrients.
It is different from day to night.

A baby's saliva can communicate to its mother breast what type of milk it needs. For instant, a baby with cold can generate milk with higher anti bodies.

Isn’t it amazing, that a women produces around a liter of milk every single day, and each time it is perfect. Not to hot or cold.

Have you ever heard of something as particular as this, because I sure haven’t?
