Anand Vardhan Singh talks about the ongoing #coronavirus pandemic in India and he refers to UP Government led by Yogi Adityanath where bureaucrats are more active handling this epidemic than elected representatives. In Central Government too, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the #COVID-19 situation is not being managed by its experts like National Disaster Management Authority NDMA, Indian Council for Drug Research ICMR, National Centre for Disease Control NCDC or National Institute of Virology NIV or National Institute of Epidemiology. He also talks about the incident happened in Punjab where some people from #Nihang Community chopped off the hand of an ASI for asking the curfew pass on the very day of #Baisakhi. Then he talks about Madhya Pradesh where the government is functioning only with the Chief Minister and without any Cabinet. The situation in Madhya Pradesh seems weird as its Health Secretary herself fallen ill with Corona and the state does not have a Health Minister. He raises the question that why the government was formed in hurry if the government had to run by IAS Officers?
