How To Make A Proper Biriyani Pilow - Mutton Style Yukhni Pilow Recipe - Simplified - Easy Recipe! Hi Guys, this is a amazing recipe for you guys to enjoy making and eating!
I have tried to give you a very simple easy to follow instruction so hopefully any inspiring cook can recreate this amazing dish!

2.5 Generic Mug Size Cups of = Sela Basmati Rice or any good quality Basmati Rice. Wash the rice and soak in cold water for one hour

1.5 kg Mutton / Lamb or Beef
6-8 Bay Leaf - Tez Pata
1 tbs Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Clove
1 tsp Peppercorn
6-8 Cardimon
2 tbs Garlic & Ginger Paste
2 tsp salt
1 tbs Coriander Powder
1 tbs Cumin Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
6-8 Green Chilli
2 tbs Tomato Puree
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
2 onion

Cook the meat for one hour - after the meat is cooked. Separate the meat stock and the meat and leave aside to use later.

Heat pot to cook rice.
4 tbs Pure Ghee
1 Tbs Mustard oil (optional)
2 small to medium size onion Sliced
*** LEAVE 1/2 ONIONS FOR GARNISH & LEAVE 1/2 IN POT***
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Shahi Jeera - Black Cumin
2 tbs Fresh Garlic Paste
3 tbs Fresh Ginger Paste
*** ADD THE RICE***
2 tbs Raisin
1 cup Frozen Peas / Frozen Mix Vegetables
