As the world battles the COVID-19 pandemic, UK will be starting a human trial of a vaccine this week which has been developed at Oxford University. 35 companies and academic institutions across the world are racing against time to create a vaccine for the virus. In Oxford University a team of researchers and scientists led by Sarah Gilbert believes that the vaccine named Chodox1 could be the cure and would be available by the end of September this year. The scientists are confident and have started manufacturing the vaccine. The human clinical trials will begin shortly.
