Its high traversing speeds enable short cycle times in matrix, bead and filling applications. It was optimized for easy and flexible integration via plug-and-produce and offers maximum production line efficiency. One feature is the large traversing range, which enables dispensing of adhesives, sealants and potting materials on several workpieces in a single operation. Other features of the module include its high flexibility with regards to process and workpiece parameters, the ease of using conveyor belts as well as different process monitoring options.
