rib flare is a result of a weak underdeveloped core with a mixture of poor genetics
2 different Exercises grouped together for variety (6 total)
Performed with no weight but may be used if needed
remain 1-2 reps from failure
Bicycles
rest 30 sec
Crunches
rest 60 sec
on last set if advanced cheat form maybe used to grind out extra reps
Leg raises
Plank crunches
Ab twist
Shoe taps
Slight Lingering soreness will help target core when performing compound movements
I do 3 sets but find sweet spot
Train every other day (3x week)
