I was listening to a Bashar session recently and the one thing he said about 2020 is he says it's going to be nuts. In this video I'm going to share with you those 3 things that you got to know. These 3 patterns for 2020 will guarantee you to have an exponential shift in your life in a very powerful way so that you don't start to experience some of the negative timelines of things that could happen.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'm going to be sharing with you those 3 things on this energy patterns you can become aware of that change everything for 2020 and one of the first ones that I've recognized with this is that of a power dynamic that's going to be balanced in this year of 2020 now this is going to happen both at a collective level and you'll see it happen at an individual level as well, and I see this happening in so many different people's lives.

Now, let me explain to you a little bit about what, what I mean and maybe share a little bit of a story, maybe even kind of like a personal story about this. So there is a certain power dynamic when it comes to certain people taking advantage of other people.

I think that this power dynamic has gone on for a very long period of time because in a way, both parties are playing a certain role. Maybe you have someone in your life that kind of manipulates you, makes you feel a certain way. You put up with their stuff and you feel like it emotionally drains you. Maybe you have someone in your life that just controls how you are and how they expect you to be.

Maybe you have someone in your life that's kind of like a narcissist. Um, I'm always so surprised because I share those videos on YouTube. Uh, the ones on the, uh, no narcissists and sociopaths and I, I've made a couple of videos on those and I get so many people that reach out to me and it's, uh, it's much more common than I even thought. Now, for example, let me share with you one of these.

My dad and my sister who I love very much, my sister, so maybe mean some of you know about like my whole ex step mom situation with the uh, the, the abusive ex step mom between the ages of seven to 15 years old. She was in my life. My dad divorced her when I was 15 years old. Then my brother and I became free.

We went from having no freedom at all, not able to, um, not able to have friends, not able to, we had an earn going to school activities, not able to do normal kid stuff like watch TV and even the food that we ate, we had to like sneak food because we were only given a bowl of cereal in the morning and then a TV dinner at night. So all of a sudden, 15 years old comes around. My brother and I have all this freedom and it's amazing.

The thing is though is that was my ex step mom, my sister, she's my half sister. Same dad, different mom. That was their mom. That's her mom. She has been having to deal with that same, who was my step mom and her, my actual mom. And she's been trying to get away and get away from her own mom because her mom is so manipulative and so, um, controlling.

It's been very hard for her to do because her mom will lie about things and if they go to court about it, she'll lie and say that certain things aren't true. It's a, it's a lot. She's been my little sister who was like 17 years old, has been through so much. It's, she's so strong. But um, so these last couple of years it's been extraordinarily difficult for her to gain her power back and for her to go to, um, and just like, she just wants to stay at my dad.

She just doesn't wanna have to go to her mom's because of the way her mom is. And because her mom lives at the course, it's like she still gets kind of in a way forced to go. However, I always wondered, and my dad always wondered and she always wanted like, how does thatX step mom of mine or their mom get away with so much? She gets away with so much, they'll go to court and she'll lie about things. She'll treat people a certain way...
