Analysis: Level 3 and 4 lockdown regulations declared unconstitutional With regard to the high court ruling Tuesday that declared levels 4 and 3 of the lockdown unconstitutional, the suspension of the judgement for 14 days, will allow cabinet to fully study the arguments.
This case was brought to court by the Liberty Fighters Network, which said that the restrictions were unlawful and unconstitutional because a state of emergency had not been declared.
