A male Plain Tiger (Danaus chrysippus) is filmed up close on green grass. It falls under the brush-footed butterflies and you can see that it shows only lour legs instead of six legs which is characteristic of insects. The forelegs are reduced and look like brushes. This butterfly looks worn out and seems to be at the end stage of its life span. These butterflies are also known as African Queen or African Monarch and are unpalatable to predators and hence a number of butterflies mimic them.
