Education cabinet secretary Prof. George Magoha is tonight assuring Kenyans that the re-opening of basic learning institutions is still on course. During a session with the national assembly education committee, prof. Magoha said it was time for children to return to school revealing that priority will be given to KCSE and KCPE candidates.
