Recipe: 1/2 yellow lemon with rhine on ( cut)
1/4 orange (navel or sunkist) cut
1tbs raw honey
Hot water
1/2 tbs of grated fresh ginger
Put all ingredients into a mug add about 8 to 10oz of hot water and drink.
If your opting for the cayenne pepper i suggest a teaspoon or less to be added.
The mixture is strong but i like it. I helps build your immune system as well.
