Making cookies has never been easier. This recipe requires no special tools and just a handful of ingredients to make countless and endless variations!!! In the video, I share a few which include Caramel Crunch Cookie, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie, Caramel Pecan Cookies, Yin & Yang Cookies, Nutella Stuffed Cookies, Peanut butter Cookie. These are the ones my family loves but you can use any toppings to make your own personalized cookie just the way you like ;)
Ingredients: - 1/2 cup (113gm) Butter** - Browned & cooled to Room Temperature - 1/2 cup (100gm) Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup (110gm) White Sugar - 1 Large Egg (55-60gm) - Room Temperature - 1 1/4 cup (160gm) All-Purpose Flour - Can be replaced by Oat Flour for Healthier or Gluten-Free Option - 2 tbsp (20gm) Corn Flour - Optional* - 1 tsp (5gm) Salt - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 1 cup Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup Chocolate Chunks*** - Toppings of choice
*** Non-Baking Chocolate chunks give the melted crackled look to the cookie as opposed to the Baking Chocolate Chips which hold their shape. If you don't want the melted look skip and replace it with Baking Chocolate Chips.
**You may swap butter with Ghee or Clarified Butter esp if you want softer cookies.
*Do not skip for a crispy cookie with a softer center. Refer to this video to learn more & get the texture you desire:
