The Professional Sewing Machine sews a maximum 5mm straight stitch for canvaswork and a specialty 4-point zigzag stitch for modern sailmaking. The extra wide (up to 10 mm) 4-point zigzag stitch saves you time by reducing the rows of stitching needed without losing strength. It’s also stronger and less likely to snag than the traditional 2-point zigzag stitch. A 2-point cam is included and can be easily switched out for sewing in a traditional 2-point zigzag, if desired.
