How to get rid of protruding mouth and lips naturally | Make thick lips to thin lips with exercises.
A severely protruding mouth can make the face look sullen and morose.
What causes a protruding mouth?
1. Caused by the mouth with too thick lips.
2. Caused by the teeth. Some people have a lot of protruding teeth.
3. Caused by the structure of the jawbone.
Today we have a way to exercise to reduce thick lips and adjust the protruding mouth.
Let's get started.
Step 1
Start by massaging the lips to loosen the muscles for 1 minute.
Use your fingers to massage under the lips.
Massage the corners of the mouth.
Massage over lips.
Step 2
Close your mouth and tense slightly for 5 seconds.
Then loosen, do about 1 minute.
This will help thin the lips.
Step 3
Use your fingers to massage under the nose for 15 seconds.
Massage over the lips for 15 seconds.
Step 4

Step 5
Place your palm over your lips. Let the elbow rest at the table.
Bend your head and hold it for 30 seconds, or longer.
Do the other side as well.
