This video, released March 2016, focuses on coordination and collaboration between Continuums of Care and Con Plan Jurisdictions, including those with and without ESG allocations. Participants will learn: requirements for collaboration, recommended and required areas of collaboration, benefits of collaboration, how to identify which key stakeholders should be collaborating. This video is intended for CoC leadership as well as Con Plan Jurisdiction staff involved in developing the Consolidated Plan or administering Emergency Solutions Grant funds.
