NYT: Most cases in New York came from Europe

The U.S. state of New York has now more confirmed cases than anywhere else in the world. An article in the New York Times says the state's high number of infections stems from the huge outbreak in Europe. Citing a study by Harm van Bakel, a geneticist in the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, the piece said the majority of those who brought the virus into New York came across the Atlantic.
