Mini Fruit Tarts Recipe | Chaat Basket Dessert | How to make Mini Fruit Tarts | Rekha's Cookhouse Desserts being a very integral part of our food usually served after a meal.
This is one of the simplest one that can be put together in few minutes with
prior preparation. This needs to be consumed within few minutes as the baskets may turn soggy.

Ingredients:
1) Mini Tart shells or Chaat baskets.
2) Heavy whipping cream - 1/4 cup (sufficient to fill 15 mini tart shells)
3) Finely chopped mangoes - 2 tbsp
4) Finely chopped kiwi - 2 tbsp
5) Pomegranate kernels - 2 tbsp
6) Caramel sauce (or honey) - 1 tbsp
7) Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
8) Powdered Sugar (or Castor Sugar) - 2 tbsp

Tips n Tricks:
1) Any fruits of your choice can be used except the juicier ones.
2) All the ingredients can be replaceable according to your interest.
