Ingredients -

For the Muthiyas -
1.5 cups leftover rice
1.5 cups Besan (Gram flour)
1/2 tsp salt (or as needed)
1/4 tsp Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder)
1 tsp Ajwain (Carro Seeds)
A pinch of Hing (Asafetida)
1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Sugar
A pinch of Baking Soda
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
Water - as needed

For the Kadhi (Gravy) -
1 glass Chaas (Buttermilk)
3 glasses of Water
1/4 cup Besan (Gram flour)
Salt - to taste
1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Rai (Mustard Seeds)
1 tsp Jeera (Cumin seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafetida)
2-3 bay leaves
2 dry red chilies
5-6 Curry Leaves
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
2-3 pieces of Jaggery
2 pieces of Kokum
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
